Availability
        Theme  décor  and  entertainment  are  subject  to  availability  until  contracted.  Prior  to  contracting,  holds  can  be
        challenged by the supplier if a client requests the same date

        Additional Needs
        Additional  items  may  be  needed  to  complete  the  proposed  event.  Hello!  Destination  Management  will  assist  in
        coordinating these items on behalf of client, but please note that client is responsible for charges levied by the hotel
        and its contracted providers. These rates are not controlled by Hello! Destination Management. Please contact  your
        hotel representative for estimated costs for needs which include electrical and entertainment riders (i.e. electrical,
        staging, backline, sound, lighting, and green room with beverages and/or meals)

        Fine Points

        •   All elements are subject to availability until contracted.    Items contracted within 14 days of program
            start date will incur a 20% rush charge.  Total amount will be based on actual items contracted.
        •   All costs are based on a three-hour event, unless otherwise noted.
        •   For most events, Hello! Destination Management requires a minimum of four hours to set-up and three hours to
            strike. Additional set-up and strike time may be required for certain events and locations.
        •   All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
