Delivery times:
UK Mainland orders are usually delivered within 1 - 2 working days from the moment they are dispatched from our
warehouse. Delivery lead times for Non-UK Mainland orders are variable, please contact us for an estimation. During
peak season (September - December) deliveries are likely to take longer than normal, due to increased activity with us
and our courier.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm. The courier will email / text you further details of your
delivery including a delivery time slot. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge,
please contact us for a quote.
Delivery costs:
Online orders do not show exact shipping cost. The correct shipping cost will be shown on the invoice, pro forma or order
confirmation you will receive from us. An electronic version of the invoice will be emailed prior to the order being
dispatched.
UK Mainland delivery:
Orders below £450 excluding VAT: £10 carriage
Orders above £450 excluding VAT: Free carriage
Delivery outside of Mainland UK:
For all other locations outside Mainland UK please contact us for prices. If no contact is made prior to placing an order
we will assume you accept our delivery charges.
Pallet delivery:
For large orders we can provide pallet delivery. Please contact us for further details.
Returns:
In cases we have made an error please contact us to arrange a free collection. If you have changed your mind or want
to return the goods for any other reason please contact us to discuss the return.
Please be aware that such returns shipped back to Lightstyle London Limited are paid for by the customer. We are unable
to refund your postal fees.
We will NOT accept returns of products which:
- Have been damaged in any way; or
- Have your own stickers or price labels attached
Returned products MUST be in their original packaging and outer packaging.
If you are returning items for exchange be aware that an additional delivery charge may apply.
Payments:
At present we do not accept payments via our website. Existing customers are entitled to 30 days credit.
New customers must settle a pro forma invoice upfront, either by BACS or by card over the phone.
We accept debit / credit cards over the phone or BACS transfer.
Pro forma accounts:
All payments must be made up-front in full prior to delivery of the goods.
Credit Accounts:
Lightstyle London Limited will issue an invoice upon delivery of goods to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed
payments shall be made in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If payments are not made on time we will close
any credit extended to you without any prior notice and will only be able to supply further orders on pro forma basis.
Non-UK Customers:
All payments shall be made on pro forma basis up-front and in full prior to delivery of the goods.
