In addition to winning the Dash For Cash Futurity, RJ Having Fun annexed the Rainbow Juvenile Stakes at Ruidoso Downs in July. He also finished third by a neck in the Laico Bird Stakes-G3 at Remington Park in April.
“The horse came back really good after the trials,” said winning trainer Toby Keeton of RJ Having Fun. “He’s not the fastest sucker in the world, but he’ll make all of them honest, every trip.”
Bred in Oklahoma by Rito Sosa, the gray gelding is produced from the This Snow Is Royal mare Snow Clouds, a two-time winner during her racing career. A half-brother to multiple Grade 3 winner Cloud Ridge, RJ Having Fun was sold for $40,000 at last year’s Heritage Place Yearling Sale.
Hock It Is (Kiss My Hocks-Maddona) and jockey Ali Rivera just missed after a gallant effort. The sorrel colt is owned by Sergio Hugo Sanchez and Oscar Torres and is trained by Juan Hernandez. A winner

he is a $39,000 graduate of the TQHA Yearling Sale.
Unseen Nme (Kiss My Hocks-Kirklyns Dynasty), with jockey Victor Urieta Jr. aboard, finished third for owner Carlos Ponce and trainer Juan Diaz Jr. A finalist in the TQHA Sale Futurity-G1, Unseen Nme was
bred in Texas by Windy Acres Stables. The sorrel gelding, a half-brother to stakes winner Jessapolliticalgirl from the family of Champion Trump My Record, was a $26,000 graduate of the 2022 TQHA Yearling Sale.

(Flying Cowboy 123-Essencia), Rayenare (Apollitical Jess-Mongoose Jet Eye), Nori (Favorite Cartel-Paint On Canvas), Fraudster (Favorite Cartel-Remember the Cartel), Ruse Dynasty 123 (FDD Dynasty-Tresor 123), and Line Drive Dash (Tempting Dash-Shazooms Pop Pop) completed the order of finish.
