FAMILY MAN AND FRIEND
In his “off time,” Rachuan enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, Emma; his daughter, Emma Isabel; his 8-month-old granddaughter, Isabella; and his son, Rachuan Jr. “I have a very nice family,” he says.
He also enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle as well as a bit of boating in the Gulf of Mexico off Veracruz City.
Next to his family, Rachuan considers
his reputation as his greatest success. “My grandfather always taught me that if you have a good name, everybody will open their doors to you,” he says. “I’m happy that I’m well received everywhere.”
Due to his good reputation, he’s a sought- after and appreciated friend and agent. “I think his success is just being the man that
he is,” says John Stinebaugh. “He’s a family man and he’s a businessman. He does lots of things for lots of people. And he’s the kind of guy who would literally give you the shirt off his back. I was teasing with him a few years ago. He had this really, really, really nice coat, and it was freezing cold in January at the sale. I just kept on thanking him for ‘my coat’ and he literally took that coat off his back and tried to give it to me. I really didn’t want his coat — although secretly I may have. He’s just that kind of guy.”
