HAVE YOU TAKEN YOUR BROODMARE IN FOAL OUT OF NEW MEXICO?
Should your mare leave the state of New Mexico after being bred, a fee of $500 along with the required form needs to be submitted to the Association office.
The resulting foal from said breeding must be born in New Mexico in order to be considered a New Mexico Bred foal provided that the return form was submitted prior to foaling.

All rules apply to Recipient Mares as well.
Current membership is required when registering any horses.
