Dutch Masters III and their trainer Jaime Gomez have had great success with Corona Cartel offspring since his initial crop in 2001. They had the honor of providing Corona Cartel with a G1 stakes winner from his first crop when SASSY SMITH, $412,000, as a 2 year-old won the Kindergarten Futurity G1 and the PCQHRA Futurity G1.
Bred by Dutch Masters III and owned by Jaime Gomez, DOCS BEST CARD, $737,000, was 2nd in the Los Alamitos Two Million G1, Golden State Million G1 and Ed Burke Million G1 Futurities in 2015.
This year CHAZAQ, $528,000, was 1st in the Ed Burke Million Futurity and gave Dutch Masters III yet another G1 winner and Corona Cartel his 25th G1 stakes winner.
