One Famous Eagle, the sire of Imperial Eagle, was the 2008 Champion Three- Year-Old Colt and is the sire of three Champions, including World Champion One Dashing Eagle. One Famous Eagle was the 2012 leading first crop sire, the 2013 leading second crop sire, the 2014 leading third crop sire, a top 10 leading sire of 2015, and at press time is the 2016 leading sire.

Dr. Glenn Blodgett, horse manager at the 6666 Ranch, brought Mr Jess Perry to the 6666 as an outcross for the Dash For Cash blood so common in our industry. Five of the Champions listed above carry the blood of Dash For Cash in their dam’s pedigree. They are Apollitical Jess, One Famous Eagle, Noconi, Fredricksburg, and Fredaville.

The dam of Mr Jess Perry is Scoopie Fein by Sinn Fein, who is sired by All American Futurity winner Three Oh’s. Three Oh’s is sired by Three Chicks. The dam of Sinn Fein is Vansarita Too by Vandy and out of the mare Garrettsmisspawhuska by Leo. Vansarita Too is a full sister to the racing Champions Vandy’s Flash, Vannevar, and
Vanetta Dee. These three siblings to Vansarita Too won eight championships in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s, including one World Championship.
The dam of Scoopie Fein is Legs La Scoop by Scooper Chick by Triple Chick. Scooper Chick was bred by the Vessels Stallion Farm and raced by the Western Stable with Earl Holmes as his trainer. Scooper Chick set two New Track Records and a New World Record in his racing career. He set the New World Record at Los Alamitos going 400 yards in :19.88 in an allowance race, beating such horses as Anna Dial and Dariman. He set the New Track Records at Pomona going 350 yards in :17.77 and at Bay Meadows going 350 yards in :17.88. He was a stakes winner in the Autumn Championship where he beat the great Jet Deck. Scooper Chick went from the track to the halter arena and earned 54 halter points and his AQHA Championship.
The dam of One Famous Eagle is One Famous Lady. This mare is a stakes placed runner with a third in the in the KHEY/
Y96 Handicap-G3. She was fourth in the Rainbow Futurity-G1 and fifth in the All American Derby-G1. She is the dam of 15 racing ROM, including two stakes winners and one stakes placed runner. One of her stakes winners is Famous Cartel Lady, winner of the Knight Transportation Futurity.
Her stakes placed runner is One Famous Ferragamo, who was second in the Jens List Jr. Memorial California Bred Derby.

Beduino by Beduino TB. The dam of Chicks Beduino is A Classy Chick by Chick’s Deck. Chick’s Deck is a Kansas Futurity-G1 winner sired by Three Oh’s by Three Chicks. This
is the third cross to the full brothers Triple Chick and Three Chicks in the pedigree of One Famous Eagle. Chick’s Deck is out of All American Futurity winner Decketta.
The dam of One Famous Lady is One Slick Cookie by Dash For Cash. This makes One Famous Lady a Beduino TB cross on Dash For Cash. The dam of One Slick Cookie is Pfeffernusse by Tiny’s Gay by Tiny Watch. Tiny Watch is another Vessels bred stallion.
The dam of Pfeffernusse is Chick’s Fantacia by Three Chicks. Thus, we have a fourth cross of Three Chicks and Triple Chick in this pedigree. We see a breeding pattern of 5 X 5 X 5 X 5 to these two stallions. The sire of these two legendary stallions is Three Bars and they are out of Chicado V by Chicaro Bill. The dam of Chicado V is Do Good, one of the great Vessels foundation mares.
