MEET LEADERS
Will Rogers Downs concluded its 28-day meet on Nov. 9. Dan and Kaye Jones were the 2019 leading meet owners, Justine Klaiber was the leading jockey of the meet, and Eddie D. Willis snagged top trainer honors. The Horse of the Meet title went to 2-year-old gelding Mr Dillard, with $149,653 banked for owner L Hendrix Horses LLC and trainer Sam K. Howard. The Oklahoma track offered $2.4 million in purses for Quarter Horses and $365,000 for Paint
and Appaloosas and showed $19.6 million wagered during the fall and spring meets.
Ditto Theory (Van Zant-Taint Misbehavin, Prime Talent), a 2016 bay gelding owned by SAS Performance Horses and trained by Harvey Baeza, with Smokey Joe the goat and dogs Cooper and Cesar.
DMNV MOUNTABLE
DMNV Mountable (Panther Mountain- Cheyennes Bullion, Bully Bullion) will stand the 2020 season at FLF Racing in Tularosa, New Mexico. The 2005 bay stallion earned $479,515 winning four stakes events, includ- ing the Texas Classic Derby-G1, Heritage Place Derby-G1, Remington Park Derby-G1 and Kansas Jackpot Futurity-RG2. From limited starters, DMNV Mountable is the sire of multiple blacktype runners, including Ms Fast First Prize ($77,738).
ONE HANDSOME MAN
One Handsome Man (One Famous Eagle-Helens First Choice, First Down Dash) will stand the 2020 season at FLF Racing in Tularosa, New Mexico. The
2010 gray stallion won the Dash For Cash Futurity-G1 and earned $188,777 on the track. From limited starters, One Handsome Man is the sire of nearly $300,000 in earn- ings including 2019 stakes winner Shinning Bianca ($41,968) and top earner/2019 two year old Boy With Cash ($46,994).

The photo on page 193 shows 1995 sorrel stallion This Snow Is Royal (Chicks Beduino-Florentine, Dash For Cash) returning under Sam Thompson after their wire- to-wire victory in the $1,166,310 Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity-G1 in 1997. A full brother to New World Record setter Evening Snow, This Snow Is Royal was bred by Abigail K. Kawananakoa and earned $554,748, winning seven of 11 races, including the Quarter Racing Journal Stakes. He was also a finalist in the All American Futurity-G1, Rainbow Futurity-G1 and Rainbow Derby-G1.
“This Snow Is Royal is an incredible athlete,” said trainer Donna McArthur of her charge. “This horse can fly.”
After a successful career on the track, This Snow Is Royal began his career at stud at JEH Stallion Station, where he stood his entire career. He is the sire of 351 winners with earnings of over $13.9 million, including 44 stakes winners such as top earner SLM Snowman ($554,988) and 2007 Champion Aged Mare Blazin Fire ($317,612).
This Snow Is Royal passed away in September of 2006 due to complications from laminitis. This year’s Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity-G1 was won by Cartel Jess Rockin.
