Must make nomination payment by date due or the horse is not eligible for the DM III Triple Crown Bonus, unless a $150 supplement is paid as well as all late payments. Late nomination/payments double all previous payments to be eligible through August 1st Late payments after August 1st will be $2,000, accepted until time of entry.
The $150 discount will not apply to any Hawthorne Horses if late paid after August 1st.

Hawthorne Horses are any eligible 2 yr. old quarter horse that was born due to its Dam being artificially inseminated @ Hawthorne
Animal Hospital or were born as a result of being sired by a stallion that stood @ Hawthorne Animal Hospital. The sponsors, track operator, and the State have the right to cancel this stakes prior to the actual running thereof without liability to the race sponsor, except for the return of nomination and entrance fees, paid to the owners of the eligible horses at the time of cancellation, and to the carriers at the time of forfeit on horses which have been kept eligible, less 15%. See rules for more information.
 15% will be deducted from race for administration and sponsorship fees. Send copy of horse papers with first payment..

Dutch Masters III Triple Crown Bonus is sponsored and awarded separately from The Hawthorne Futurity. DM III will pay $25,000 to the owner of any horse that is eligible and wins all three sponsored futurities @ Emmett, Jerome and Idaho Falls. $50 of the March Nomination goes towards the DM III triple crown, and if one chooses to supplement late the $150 supplementation goes towards the DM III triple crown. Horses who compete in these races that are eligible will receive points to go toward Year End High Points which will pay for both 1st ($4,000) and 2nd place ($1,000). Points for trials are 3 points-1st, 2 points-2nd, 1 point-3rd. Points for finals are 10 points-1st, 8 points-2nd, 6 points-3rd, 4 points-4th, and 2 points-5th. This point system will be used for all three futurities.
