When Hotwiredotcom came across the finish line in the 2017 Speedhorse Lone Star Park Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1, he earned the 2017 Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Triple Crown Hi-Point Championship. He received his title by qualifying and running in the Triple Crown Series, placing second in the Speedhorse Graham Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1, third in the Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 at Fair Meadows and third in the Speedhorse Lone Star Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1.
The racing career for Hotwiredotcom started back in March with a win in the Oklahoma Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 at Remington Park. He ended the year with
a record of 11-5(1)-1(1)-3(2) and total earnings of $117,760. Hotwiredotcom added a fourth place finish in the PSBA American Paint Classic Futurity-G1 in April, making all his stakes starts Grade 1 races.
