                                Breeders’ Dynasty Premier Horse Sale

The inaugural Breeders’ Dynasty Premier Horse Sale, hosted by Butch and Stephanie Webb, was held Friday, Aug. 24 in Isabel, South Dakota.
There were 45 horses consigned to the sale and 43 went through the ring, with 18 repurchases. Gross sales reached $462,000 with an average price of $18,490 and a median value of $8,500.
The sale saw a record setting yearling with a $150,000 high seller in Hip #23, Jaguarr (Dash Ta Fame-Rosas Cantina CC, Corona Cartel). Consigned by Woodbury Performance Horses, the sorrel yearling colt was purchased by BDT Ranch of Czar, Alberta, Canada.
The second-highest seller at $44,000
was Hip #22, Frenchys Frost (Frenchmans Guy-Sandy Sun Socks, PC Sun Socks), a 2003 palomino mare consigned by Woodbury Performance Horses and purchased by Larry Froelich of North Dakota.
The third-highest seller at $42,000 was Cinderalla Man (Dash Ta Fame-Wicked Felina CL, Corona Cartel), a 2016 palomino colt consigned by Woodbury Performance Horses and purchased by Lacey Romans of Bryant, Alabama.

  Myers Performance Horse Prospect Sale

It was another successful Myers Performance Horse Prospect Sale on Saturday, Aug. 25 – the last large consignment of Frenchmans Guy and A Smooth Guy progeny being offered at public auction. Myers Performance Horses – Bill and Debbie Myers and sons Chad, Billy, Brandon and Brady – presented the event that was sponsored by Classic Equine.
Beter Watchthis Guyz (Frenchmans Guy- Serious Spender, Bills Ryon), a 2016 buckskin filly, was the $104,000 high seller purchased by Platts Family (Joey, Wendy & Rylea). The Platts Family also took home the second high seller
– 2016 palomino filly Guyz Girlz Have Fame (Frenchmans Guy-Fames Licorice Kiss, Dash Ta Fame) - on a bid of $99,000. According to Larry Larson, Rylea Platts summed up with, “The hospitality and presentation of the Myers sale is what keeps us coming back.”
Third high seller Smooth N Fuzzy( A Smooth Guy-FC Peachfuzz Ta Fame, Dash Ta Fame) was purchased for $98,000 by Keith Nellesen.
Also according to Larson, Myers summa- rized their sale with, “The great thing we are finding out...our horses are going to such good homes and we are so thankful for that.”
