                                          ¡ The most common sites of metastatic involvement are the lungs, liver, and vagina.
¡ However, other organs may be affected.
žPatients who present with the diagnosis of molar pregnancy are commonly referred for chest radiographs or other studies for further evaluation of metastasis.
¡ Treatment for GTD includes dilatation and curettage, hCG monitoring, hysterectomy, and chemotherapy.
