Water Purification process

There are materials we can use for purification process depending upon availability. Following are
some pictured examples for purification process.

In the above process you can add cotton cloth for every layer. These purification process are very
simple and easy to do. It is also economically very cheap best way to get clean water. But this process
is not mean for chemically contaminated water.

In relation to SDG

Water Purification and Reutilization is related to Sustainability Development goal number- 6 which
aims towards Clean Water and Sanitation for all. As per statistics, 1 out of every 5 children die in INDIA
due to Severe diarrhea and it is happening due to lack of drinkable water. So, it is our responsibility to
ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
