• Implement a recruitment & retention program focused on maintaining a fully staffed Sheriff’s Office.
• Work in partnership with emergency services and allied agencies for increased productivity.
• Streamline operations for increased efficiency of service to our community.
• Strategic patrol planning focused on preventing crime and not just reacting to crime.
