Baker died on March 31, 2017, at the age of 65, just two years after the
legalization of same-sex marriage throughout the U.S.
His legacy lives on in the six-colored flag that flies proudly every Gay Pride
month, recognizing the lives, and loves, of LGBT people worldwide.
It is good to know the history , this way you get to know where the future is
going to take you, do not repeat the same mistakes , the gay community suffer
those decades and they did ity for the future their future and ours.
We enjoy our freedom because of those guys, if it wasn’t for them we still be
blind in the dark.
And if you think the problem it is over we do not have anything to fight for
well think again. The society is even more angry with us and against us
because we do have the same rights.
Some straight men today going around not believing they are equal to us the
poofs. They compare us to them and that makes them furious and in the UK
having a government of Boris Johnson with Priti Patel as a Home office we
are even more fucked as both of them are well known for racism and
homophobia.
If there is a danger around it is them we need to worry, We have to stay alert
as they can change the laws just like that, from pigs like them nothing is safe.
People in general they only want one small excuse to go against us because
let’s face it it is always going to be us and them.
How can you change a habit as old as the earth is, It will take years for the
real change to come if it comes you see some things meant to stay black and
white and it’s what it is.
My generation had hard times, coming out back in 70’s was a huge thing and
if you are lucky they will accept you for who you are but many stories I have
to tell most cases it was a disaster.
