Proof of Identity

• Proof of Identification must include a photo of the customer.
• Proof of identification must be issued by the United States government (Federal or State).
• Out-of-state identification is only acceptable if Proof of Eligibility is in-state.

List of Acceptable Forms of Identification:

• U.S. Driver’s License
• U.S. Government, Military, State Issued ID
• Tribal Issued ID
• Weapons Permit
• Voter Registration Card
• United States Passport
• United States Permanent Resident Card
• United States Permanent Resident Alien Card
• Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
• U.S. Certificate of Naturalization

List of Unacceptable Forms of Identification:

• Social Security Card
• Mexican/Matricula ID
• Social Security Card
• Non-US Issued Passport
• Non-US ID
• School Issued ID
• Employee ID
• Prison ID
• Medical Marijuana Card
