Acceptable Medical Documents:
*Card must include either an issue date within the past 12 months or a future expiration date.
The customer can provide a letter from the Missouri Department of Social Services. They will state if the
customer receives Foodstamps or Medicaid. If they receive a Foodstamps benefit or their Medicaid is
Active, they can use it as proof of eligibility.
