   Barbara Carrera
I just realised something - the 80s was so white-centric that I could not find any ethnic babes that we used to love during Koleq days. Nicaraguan-born Barbara Carrera was one of the exceptions. She starred as sexy but evil assassin, Fatima Blush, (the ethnics always get cast as villains in the 80s) who wanted to seduce and kill Sean Connery in Never Say Never Again and she did some full frontal in I, The Jury in a sex scene with Armand Assante.
Between her three marriages, Carrera, now 75, dated Robert De Niro, ballet dancer Alexander Godunov, Richard Gere and Ryan O’Neal.
Kathleen Turner
Last but by no means least, we have the iconic and sexy Kathleen Turner. Who can forget her turn as the temptress in Body Heat and Crimes of Passion. Turner had the body and the gravelly sexy voice. She also starred in a number of mainstream Hollywood blockbusters like Romancing The Stone and was Jessica Rabbit’s voice in Who Killed Roger Rabbit.
Turner, 67, suffered from rheumatoid arthritis in 1992 and suffered pains and fevers.
Turner’s appearance changed because of the drugs and chemotherapy she took for her illness. She stated that the press were merciless and kept talking about her weight gain.
Turner is much better now and recently guest starred on Friends as Chandler’s drag queen father.
