Siyana Popova
B.S., Applied Economics & Management | SC Johnson College of
Business
Siyana is currently a junior majoring in applied economics and
management with concentrations in finance and business analytics.
She also has a double major in environment and sustainability. Siyana
is passionate about projects and research at the intersection of business,
the environment, and emerging markets. Originally from Bulgaria,
Siyana grew up in Chicago. Beyond academics, she enjoys nature,

service, and traveling.

Anastasia is a Master of Professional Studies candidate in international
agriculture and rural development. Born and raised in Greece, she
studied agricultural economics at Agricultural University of Athens
where her research focused on the economic analysis of beekeeping,
working collaboratively with bee farms across the country. Anastasia
was also employed in Copenhagen working in urban beekeeping, a
sector she hopes to develop in Greece. Anastasia is a 2020 recipient of
a Fulbright scholarship.
Danielle Zarbin
M.B.A. | SC Johnson College of Business
Danielle is a first year M.B.A. student, and an Emerging Markets
Fellow in the SC Johnson College of Business. She attended Wellesley
College for her undergraduate education and majored in women and
gender studies. Prior to her M.B.A., she worked in Off-Broadway
theater marketing in New York City. She is passionate about social
impact, arts advocacy, and digital transformation.
