When is the Closing?
Your title company will schedule settlement for a date and time
that work best for you. Typically 30 days from contract
Where is the closing held?
The settlement will take place at your the Title Company we
choose to work with on the contract.sing attorney or title
company's office. Your attorney / title company and agent
will send you an exact address.
What do I need to bring?
Be sure to bring:
Two forms of ID
A cashier's check for your down payment and closing
costs, or you can wire them. Always double confirm
with the Title Wiring Insturctions
An extra personal check (just in case)
