I would like to congratulate the entire JHCSC
community for honing another batch of competent,
well-equipped and value-laden graduates ready to

The theme of the 25th Commencement Exercises,

and Globalization,” reflects the crucial role of the
graduates to thrive in this ever-evolving landscape
and be the catalyst for change and progress.

To our graduates, as you stand on the threshold of this milestone, poised to
