One of the highlights of the first day was the silent auction,
which covered 16 tables! There was a lot of playful banter
all day long between attendees outbidding one another TOP LEFT

Rosenkranz and Hank Doong. We thank Ginny and Hank TOP RIGHT
for their efforts each year in organizing the auction – we Joan Stirling of Denali talks with a customer

raised just over $2,100, which will go directly to the MNLGA MNLGA President John Murphy of Murphy John’s welcomes attendees

auction each year in donations and bids.

The second day of Chessie provided educational content
with a stronger focus on technical recertification. The
day started with everyone together in the auditorium to
hear talks on everything from water irrigation quality and
treatment to perennials to honeybees. The afternoon
was broken out into the following tracks: Nursery Grower
and Landscape Contractor, Greenhouse Growers, Turf
