More and more people are returning to
our downtowns, seeking housing, creating businesses and visiting attractions. Riverfront cities along the Great Miami River in southwest Ohio are growing to meet the demand. And unlike many river cities, these communities are able to develop without concern for ooding because of the Miami Conservancy District (MCD).
MCD protects lives and property from ooding, encourages water stewardship, and promotes fun on and along area rivers.
