20.1 Trends and Intensity
The trends indicate that the Literature Discovery and Regular Searches rose rapidly and peaked four (4) times during that period, i.e., March, July, November in 2020, and April 2021. The highest peak was reached in November 2020 (Figure 20.1).
Meanwhile, both the Sessions and Infometric Use trends have remained relatively steady and fluctuated around the average for 18 months, except both experienced a slight dip in April-May 2020 and February 2021 (Figure 20.1.a).
