23.1 Trends and Intensity
For CIC, the figures are considerably lower as compared to the rest of the universities. None of the figures in a month show greater than a thousand. As far as the general trend, the Literature Discovery, Regular Searches, and Infometric Use activity show significant activity occurred in January-February 2020, July-October 2020, and December-January 2021 March-April 2021. Meanwhile, the Sessions recorded are less than 150 per month throughout the 18 months (Figure 23.1.a).
