4.1 Trends and Intensity
The trends show the Literature Discovery, and Regular Searches grew quite rapidly since September 2020 and peaked by November 2020 before declined rapidly until February 2021 before it started to creep upwards steadily again (Figure 4.1.a).
The Sessions and Infometric Use trends have shown that both remained relatively steady and fluctuated around the average throughout the 18 months, except for a slight dip in April-May 2020 and February 2021 (Figure 4.1.a)
