8.1 Trends and Intensity
The trends show the Literature Discovery and Regular Searches rose rapidly and peaked four (4) times during that period, i.e., February, July, November in 2020, and April 2021 (Figure 8.1a).
Meanwhile, the Sessions and Infometric Use trends have shown both remained relatively steady and fluctuated around the averages throughout the 18 months, except Infometric Use rose rapidly and peaked in July 2020 (Figure 8.1a).
