10.1 Trends and Intensity
The Literature Discovery and Regular Searches trends show that both started to grow steadily since August 2020 and peaked in November 2020 before declining steadily until February 2021. Both then began to increase until April 2021 rapidly and remained steady afterwards (Figure 10.1.a).
Meanwhile, the trends for Sessions and Infometric Use have shown that both remained relatively steady. They fluctuated around the averages throughout the 18-month duration, except Infometric activity peaked at an extraordinarily high level in March 2021 at 150,000 times before declining steadily after that (Figure 10.1.a).
