11.1 Trends and Intensity
The trends indicate that the Literature Discovery and Regular Searches rose rapidly and peaked four (4) times during that period, i.e., March, July, November-December in 2020, and March-April 2021. The highest peak was reached in November-December 2020 period (Figure 11.1.a).
Meanwhile, both the Sessions and Infometric Use trends have remained steady and fluctuated around the average throughout the 18 months, except for a slight dip in April-May 2020 and January-February 2021 (Figure 11.1.a).
