 ServSafe Manager Certification Class
NEBS will be offering the ServSafe Manager Certification class on Saturday, February 22, 2020 in Cumberland, RI.
The class cost is $200 per person and includes
the day of training and the certification exam
following the class.
Why should you take the class?
Many of the New England states require the
Manager Certification for ancillary events such

Manager Certification verifies that a manager
or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to pro- tect the public from foodborne illness. Individuals that success-
fully pass the 90-question, multiple-choice exam will receive a ServSafe Manager Certification and wallet card. The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the
American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.
Minimum number of attendees is 12 for the class to be held. Max number is 24.
Class starts at 8am - please be prompt.

NEBS offers classes related to barbecuing and outdoor cooking, performs cooking demos, and promotes barbecue and barbecue traditions through publications, contests, and social gatherings.
