Plan outdoor activities carefully
Avoid outdoor activities when the the sun’s rays are at their strongest usually between 10am and 2pm If you have to be outside during those times be sure to have a a a cooling station
set up with drinks for for rehydrating
and shade for for escaping the UV rays It’s a a a a a a good
idea to to acclimate yourself to to the heat if you you have more strenuous outdoor activities planned during the hot season Spend a a little time outside exercising each day to to build up a a a a a greater tolerance for high temperatures
