The sun’s rays can do serious damage to your skin and eyes Apply sunscreen liberally
and frequently in in in in addition in in in in wearing lightweight clothing covering as as much of your skin as as possible Wear a a a a a a wide brimmed hat and prescription sunglasses to shield your eyes from UV rays
