• Where practical it should be one person one plant/machine.
• If someone has concerns, they or a member of their family have symptoms and they have self-isolated - the
plant/machine/equipment is to be thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant/anti-bacterial wipes. Latex gloves are to
be worn during this operation and all items placed into a bag and tied off.
• Only use your own designated fall protection equipment to reduce transmission of COVID-19
• Hands are to be thoroughly cleaned using antibacterial hand wash and warm water.
• All plant controls, handles, hand rails etc are to be cleaned on a daily basis.
• All site cabins are to have the door handles and work surfaces cleaned on a daily basis using
disinfectant/antibacterial wipes.
• A clean desk policy is to be adopted to aid in the full cleaning of the desk at the start of the day and throughout
as required.
• Groups of persons to be avoided where practical.

• Travel in own vehicles unless staff are from the same household
• Car park with vehicles to be parked in alternate parking bays giving adequate spacing to access and egress
the vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are wiped down, gear stick, steering wheel, door handles, indicators are all disinfected at the
end of the working day.
• NO access for non- essential visitors. Deliveries will be pre-planned and work to the traffic management plan.
• NO finger print scanners to be used the security gate person will write down entries for fire call.
• When attending Inductions or any meetings ensure you maintain adequate space from the person next to
you, following 2-meter distancing if possible. Numbers in inductions/ briefings should be reduced to allow for
this.
• Request to be the sole contractor working in a particular area to reduce possible contact with others in the
