• On the entrance to the toilets an entry walkway system will be installed with demarcation to the floor giving a minimum of 2mtr spacings to wait operating no more than two persons in the toilets at one time. Soap and hand wash will be provided for contractors and a cleaning regime will be conducted after each person uses the toilets. Main doors will be kept open to reduce touching of handles still maintaining privacy.
• If facilities have to be used, break times will be staggered and numbers limited to area. Seating areas are sectionally closed off to give at least 2mtr spacing using walkways and physical barriers. These will be cleaned after each sitting and all rubbish placed in dedicated waste bins. Hand sanitizer will be placed on access and egress points for use. Water boiler and microwave will be located in a zone marked out with a safe operating distance and cleaned regularly. Contractors will be asked to bring pre-prepared meals and own drinks vessel.
• Principal Contractor to provide an outside eating area with seats/benches keeping the correct distancing and cleaning regime maintained this is weather permitting wherever possible.
• Principal Contractor will provide hot water washing facilities with soap and hand sanitizer. Bins will be placed at these points and PC will re-enforce personnel hygiene regime.

• No PPE is to be shared between OPERATIVES to ensure control of transmission of COVID-19 including masks, ear plugs, gloves etc.
• Ensure PPE is cleaned after use and maintained and stored adequately in a safe location.
