4.  BEST PRACTICES

                      1.  The  initiative  to  automate  the  admission  and  registration  services  of  the
                         Registrar, issuance of credentials and on line grade generation system. The
                         system  was  successfully  developed  thru  the  ingenuity  of  IT  instructors  and
                         consolidated  efforts  of  the  faculty  and  Registrar  personnel  in  feeding  data.
                         Hence, access and retrieval of requested documents by clientele are done at
                         the provided computer system even personally by the students using their ID
                         number and password in three minutes and even less making Potia Campus
                         exceedingly  compliant  with  the  time  and  motion  procedure  provided  in  the
                         Citizens Charter adapted by the University.

                      2.  The endless initiative to review and revise curriculum and program offerings for
                         growth and development.

                      3.  Maintained masterlist of enrollment data, graduates, and transferees that will
                         systematically  supply  data/reports  required  by  CHED,  PRC,  accrediting
                         agencies,  researches,  normative  financing  scheme  assessment  and  other
                         offices for efficiency and consistency.

                      4.  Maintain, kept and constant upgrade of scholastic records of individual students
                         as legal basis in giving reminders, advice during enrollment, giving academic
                         load, shifting to other courses, and taking examinations. This will further serve
                         in certifying, verifying, and authenticating academic credentials of clients. This
                         is done by each colleges in coordination with the Registrar.

                      5.  The  development  and  use  of  an  institutional  Learning  Management  System
                         (LMS) to cater to distance and on-line learning in this time of covid-19 pandemic.
