                         1.  Procurement procedure conforms with RA 9184;
                         2.  A system of procurement and delivery of supply services is present;
                         3.  Spacious Supply Office to accommodate voluminous Campus supplies;
                         4.  Organized stock room;
                         5.  The Supply management Office maintains important records of supplies
                            such as: requisition slips and inventory;
                         6.  Efficient and effective delivery of supply services;
                         7.  Canvassed supplies and materials of the Campus to different suppliers;
                         8.  The availability of Campus vehicles such as the van or the Dump truck to
                            pick-up supplies from suppliers when needed;
                         9.  Always prepares inspection and inventory of items delivered.
