activity of the librarian .

Always sending a grateful and formal acknowledgement letter to every benefactor which sometimes invite
more donations for a certain donor;

“ Do what you can and never confine yourself to the 4 corners of your office”. Go out, gather friends,
explore, link and liked, seek whatever it is, all for the good of the university library. That is what the
librarian is doing which is either thru pencil and paper, internet, and personal contact;

Meeting colleagues of the same interest thru membership of professional organizations: PLAI,
PAARL, ALAP etc. for a simple sharing of experiences that a librarian can get from others and
sometimes resulting to sharing of resources;
