Mr. Singh was a Guest Lecturer at RIC, with our
students a number of times. He covered subjects
in practical class under “Restaurant Operations”.
These valuable practical lectures were Mr. Singh graduated from Delhi University,

Dining. Conceptualisation, Implementation, De-
signing F&B, Sourcing, Monitoring, Managing
& Running profitable ventures is his specialty.
