Good luck Graduation Students Hospitality Management 2019
It has been my pleasure to work with this group of graduates, I have spent a lot of time
with this group of young adults and I have watch them develop not with Academic eyes
but with personal growth eyes, watching them grow as Human Beings out from under
the protective shelter of parents, family and home. I was the first RIC member they met,
interviewed all of them myself, met most of them at the airport and if not, I was the first
person to greeted them at college when they arrived, to discussed their future in the college.
I attended their first internship interviews, briefed and belief them, shared their disappointment
and success. We have been a team, at times a circus and I have happily been the Ring Master.
We have had our ups and downs over the past 12-18 months, but in the end this group
were my first, I will always remember the characters, differences, the talent, the turmoil,
the struggles, disbelief and exhilaration when they received their internship confirmation.
It is too early to tell where these students will finish in their careers, all still have a long
way to go but I believe this group has taught me a lot and I hope they have learned a little,
which will stand in good stead, with them throughout their future, career or personal lives.
