In order to buy from Hofland, customers are to complete an application and provide a government issued proof of
business.
WHAT IS YOUR OPENING ORDER?
Opening orders are $200 minimum • To maintain an active account, the minimum annual purchase is $1,000.
RETURN POLICY

We want you to buy from Hofland with confidence and have your order meet your expectations. Please inspect
your shipment as soon as it arrives. If there are any concerns, notify your Sales Representative within 48 hours
of receipt of product and they will find a solution. BILLING
• Authorization from your sales representative is required prior to returning product
• A 25% restocking charge may be applied to return merchandize that is not defective

The following items are non-returnable: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Interac, Email Transfer & Cheque (A $35.00 charge is applied to NSF cheques).

Hofland distributes product via our own delivery fleet on a regular delivery schedule. We also ship via courier

Hofland operates a full-service Cash & Carry store at 6695 Pacific Circle in Mississauga, ON. We carry a large
