Design your agenda to meet the needs of different listeners and thinkers. Ways to accomplish this:
Allow time at the top to settle in to the meeting, work out tech glitches, etc.
When asking participants to think through topics, ideas, etc., allow them time to “step away” and think through/jot down thoughts.
When video / a camera is required:
Make sure people know ahead of time

Reference to a visual.
Include breaks in any meeting longer than 60 minutes. Online, it is helpful for everyone to break at the same time when possible.
 Provide accommodation for people who choose not to / cannot use the camera
Do not comment on anyone’s choice not to show themselves
