This panel discussion will highlight the work of three Ohio programs that are working with individuals who have barriers to traditional employment. The restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industries suffer from a lack of qualified, dedicated workers and these programs are helping to bridge that gap. Moderated by Yolanda Harris (10 TV). Panelists: Brandon Chrostowski (Edwin’s Leadership Institute), Anthony Berin (Social OTR) and Paula Haines (Freedom a la Cart).

A former DJ, Shaun was crowned Season 7 Champion of MasterChef on FOX in 2016 and completed his first cookbook in 2017 titled “My Modern American Table”. Join Shaun as he demonstrates his upscale, modern American style of cooking.
