Acknowledge contributions, share something to lower the stakes for others, and be aware of how much air time you are taking up – and how you can help to shift the focus to others.
Use simple punctuation throughout to convey the things that resonate for you (!, +++, Emoji, etc.) This can be especially supportive when another participant is sharing.
Take ownership of your own energy during the session. Don’t multi-task, keep listening to understand, and be enthusiastic.
Ask questions if something is confusing. It’s guaranteed that somebody else has the same question.
