Dashboard
The dashboard is intended to provide a quick overview of the hospital’s ongoing work and provide easy to
access tools for the staff members. The dashboard is split up into the following sections: dashboard for
consultations and appointments, laboratory, diagnostic imaging, planned treatments, triage, patient referrals
and ‘my workspace’.
The main dashboard
The booked appointments appear in the dashboard for appointments and consultations. The scheduled, not
yet arrived patients, can be searched and filtered in the ‘Scheduled appointments’ section. Filtering can be
done by ward, person and time. Each user can set the filters for their user and save them so that they only see
information that’s relevant for them on the ‘Dashboard’
Scheduled appointments on the ‘Dashboard’:
The patients that have already arrived to the hospital are visible on the ‘Recent consultations’ list. The status
of the patients is visible at a glance. The list can be filtered by service, person and consultation status to show
only the patients that are relevant for the user. This helps the personnel to track patients in different points of
the process. The different consultation statuses are: Marked as arrived, in Consultation, Waiting for discharge,
Invoicing, Discharged and Invoice paid).
Users can save these status filters on the ‘Dashboard’ for themselves so that they see only patients in certain
stages of a visit by default. A veterinarian can for example filter out only his or her patients that have arrived
to the clinic or have an ongoing consultation.
