Scaremongering does not apply
in such a situation, a time of rapid change, increasing uncertainty,
growing complexity and loss of clarity?
First of all, there is no need to be alarmist. The mindset of
winners only ever becomes apparent in a crisis; after all, anyone can
do it when the sun is shining. Managers need to be encouraging, take
away their employees' (often justified) fears. They need the courage
to move forward, even if they themselves are sometimes afraid.
Instead of going into shock, they make clear decisions and take
action. And because they have clear values, these decisions also
come easily to them.
Now it becomes clear who is really a leader. Leaders have
followers. If your employees follow you in these difficult times, then
you are a true leader. Of course, it's hard to spread optimism in these
times when you yourself have just had a sleepless night. But this is
exactly what is required now. And this is exactly where Frank
Scheelen comes in with his new book. He shows what we can do to
emerge stronger from crises, to grow from them. And he has not
written another philosophy book, but a concrete guide to action to
emerge from crises as a winner.
It's a match: It simply has to fit. People have to fit together in
order to overcome the greatest challenges as a team. This book is the
perfect match!
I wish you a lot of knowledge growth while reading!
