                      development  of  the  Arctic  State

                      Institute  of  Arts  and  Culture  is  to

        T form  an  innovative  scientific  and

        educational as well as social and cultural centre

        closely  connected  with  the  society  evolvement

        and based on the institute. That is why, alongside

        with the creative studios work, the project activity

        is  carried  out  in  order  to  use  the  knowledge

        and  skills  having  been  got  during  the  study

        process for posing and tackling practical tasks.

        Here is a brief review of the projects having been

        implemented  by  the  institution  for  the  last  two

        years.



          “The  Art  Way”  is  the  joint  project  of  the  ASIAC  and  Trust
        Fund for Future Generations of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. This
        project is aimed at creating favourable conditions for the abilities
        development  of  the  Arctic  gifted  children  and  talented  youth  in
        different realms: music, dance, theatre, art, applied art, and socio-
        cultural activity. The teachers have visited Abyyskiy, Olenekskiy,
        Srednekolymskiy, Bulunskiy, and Nizhnekolymskiy regions for six
        months of the programme work. They gave master classes and lectures
        in their directions as well as professionally oriented meetings. The
        experience expansion is one more trend of the common work. The
