The City of of Avondale Avondale Police Property and and Evidence project consisted of of a a a a a a a a a multiphase addition and and renovation to the existing police department in in in Avondale Avondale AZ Phase I included a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 14 800-square-foot expansion which added a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new evidence evidence room public lobby armory and and evidence evidence warehouse warehouse as as as as well as as as as a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a mezzanine with narcotics and and firearms storage The new warehouse warehouse has has the the the capacity to to to to store over 65 000 evidence items In Phase II of the the the project renovations to to to to to the the the existing building included a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new simulator room room room records area area reception briefing room room room conference rooms and and break area area The facility was constructed on on on on on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a slab-on- grade foundation with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a masonry structural frame an an an an EIFS exterior skin and and and a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a foam roof The state-of-the-art Avondale Police Property and and and and and Evidence facility now provides property and and and and evidence professionals the the appropriate space to to handle and and and and store sensitive material 10 JUSTICE EXPERIENCE | CORE
