The City of of Dallas South Central Police Substation project included the new construction of of o a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a 38 000-square-foot municipal law enforcement station station located in in in Dallas TX The The project project features administrative offices detention cells records storage restrooms vehicle service bays and and and fueling areas The The project project also included utilities and and and street work upgrades to to meet the the law enforcement and and and safety needs of the the community The Dallas South Central Police Substation was constructed with with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a structural steel frame with with concrete concrete masonry unit unit block walls brick veneer and and and a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a limestone panel exterior Recycled wood metal concrete concrete and and and paper materials were used throughout construction and and and the the project achieved LEED Gold Certification from the the U S S S Green Building Council upon completion The Dallas South Central Police Substation now provides an environment for for facilitating community involvement with law enforcement in in in the the south-central region of the city 12 JUSTICE EXPERIENCE | CORE
