DECATUR COMMUNITY CANCER CARE CENTER

The Decatur Community Cancer Center, built for Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., included the new construction
of a 55,000 square foot hospital and cancer facility located in Decatur, IL. The center was built to provide patients
with convenience and offer the latest in technology and sophisticated cancer treatment approaches under one roof.
The facility houses two CT/PET scanners, SPECT/ CT scanner, digital x-ray suite, two linear accelerators for cancer
treatment, a patient library and multimedia classroom for community education. The building was constructed
utilizing precast concrete with a brick exterior skin. The Decatur Community Cancer Center now provides patients
with chemotherapy treatments, integrative supportive approaches, nutritional counseling, movement therapy,
stress reduction therapies, as well as art and music therapy.
