TOWNEPLACE SUITES AT OAK CREEK
The TownePlace Suites at Oak Creek project, currently being built for Drexel Square Hotel Group, includes the new
construction of a four-story, 60,500 square foot hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. The 112-room hotel is situated in
the large public square in Drexel Town Square and features extended stay suites with kitchens and home office
space. The construction includes wood framed construction with spread footings, poured concrete stem walls,
masonry veneer and metal clad panel siding and cement panel exterior. The design, by Milwaukee architect Kahler
Slater, is non-traditional and progressive. The hotel will also feature a meeting room, large breakfast area, indoor
pool, fitness center and fire pit and grill area with two outdoor common courtyards facing the public square. Due
to CORE’s construction efforts, the TownePlace Suites will offer hospital lodging to visiting business travelers and
accommodations to visitors and residents of Oak Creek.
